Synergogy's KPI certification pathway turns KPI training into a recognised professional credential. It is a performance measurement certification built on one published standard, the KPI-OS™ Code of Practice, so every learner is taught and assessed against the same rules. The Foundation suits anyone who works with KPIs; the Certified Professional is a KPI management certification for people who design, cascade and govern them for a function or business unit. For organisations, the same pathway becomes corporate KPI training, delivered in-house across the UAE and globally. Every level ends in assessment, and every certificant signs a pledge to measure honestly.
Most KPI courses teach definitions and templates. That matters, but it is not why KPI systems fail. They fail when KPIs are chosen for convenience, cascaded by memo, reviewed without decisions and never retired. This pathway is designed around those failure points, which is why the senior level is assessed on your own KPIs, not on a hypothetical case.

A performance measurement certification is only as credible as its assessment. Here is what each level asks of you, and what it does not claim.
How certificants are assessed
- Scenario exams: questions are drawn from a scenario bank, so each attempt differs and recall alone will not pass.
- A portfolio on your own unit: at Certified Professional level you design and cascade real KPIs, scored against a published rubric.
- A recorded skills demonstration: you run a Cascade Conversation™ or calibration conversation, and assessors judge the behaviour.
- A signed pledge: certification depends on committing to the seven Ethical Guidelines.
Accreditation status, stated plainly
Synergogy is pursuing recertification credit with the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Status will be published on this page once granted.
Until then, the credential stands on its standard and its assessment design, both of which are published openly.

What is a KPI certification?
A KPI certification is a professional credential showing that you can select, design, cascade and review key performance indicators to a recognised standard. Synergogy's KPI certification is built on the KPI-OS™ Code of Practice and runs at two levels today: KPI-OS™ Foundation and KPI-OS™ Certified Professional.
Which KPI certification level should I start with?
Start with KPI-OS™ Foundation. It is required pre-work for KPI-OS™ Certified Professional, and its fee is creditable towards it. Choose Certified Professional as your goal if you are accountable for designing or governing KPIs for a team, function or business unit.
How much does KPI certification cost?
KPI-OS™ Foundation has a list price of USD 449 and KPI-OS™ Certified Professional a list price of USD 1,995. The Foundation fee is creditable towards Certified Professional. Team and in-house rates are available on request.
How long does the KPI training take?
KPI-OS™ Foundation is self-paced across six modules, so you set the pace. KPI-OS™ Certified Professional runs over six weeks, combining live virtual sessions with self-paced video vignettes and portfolio work on your own unit.
How is the Certified Professional assessed?
KPI-OS™ Certified Professional is assessed in three ways: a scenario-based exam, a portfolio of KPIs designed for your own unit and scored against a published rubric, and a recorded skills demonstration. Certificants also sign the Professional Pledge.
Is this performance measurement certification accredited?
Synergogy is pursuing HRCI recertification credit for the KPI-OS™ credentials. Accreditation status will be published on this page once granted.
Can you deliver corporate KPI training in-house?
Yes. Synergogy provides Foundation licences for teams, private Certified Professional cohorts built on your own business units, and KPI portfolio audits. Delivery is available online worldwide and in person across the UAE.
How does KPI certification relate to OKR certification?
KPI-OS™ is the sister standard of the OKR-BOK™, published by OKR International. KPIs measure ongoing performance, while OKRs set ambitious time-bound goals. Many organisations certify people in both so the two systems work together; see the OKR-BOK™ certifications.
