The Certified BEI Practitioner – C-BeiP™ is a globally recognized BEI certification program designed to help professionals master this approach and apply it with confidence and consistency. The Certified BEI Practitioner – CBeiP™ accredited professionals have the knowledge and skills needed to apply the Framework, Principles & Processes in Interviewing and hiring talent. Earners learn to design, conduct & evaluate interviews using BEI Principles.
